2008 Gold Ink Awards... THE RULES
- EARLY Entry Deadline: April 21, 2008.
LATE Entry Deadline: May 30, 2008 (add $10 per entry). Only official categories may be used. Editors reserve the right to reassign or combine categories at their own discretion. - ELIGIBILITY: Eligible pieces for judging must have been printed between April 1, 2007 and April 1, 2008.
- Packaging tips: Complete one entry form for each entry. Include three identical printed samples of each piece to be judged. Do not mount or shrink wrap entries. Please mail your sample pieces and your entry form together, along with your entry fee.
- EARLY Entry Fees: $125 for one entry. $110 each for two to five entries. $95 each for six to nine entries. $85 each for ten or more entries.
- LATE Entry Fees: Add a $10 late fee per entry for every entry postmarked after the early contest deadline, April 21, 2008.

- Gold Ink Awards winning entries may be published in Publishing Executive, Book Business, Printing Impressions and other North American Publishing Company (NAPCO) industry-related magazines, on their Web sites and e-newsletters and displayed at their annual events. NAPCO assumes all entries are original and the property of the entrant.
NAPCO reserves the right to recategorize entries, create new categories or eliminate categories when appropriate. No entries will be returned as they will become part of NAPCO's library of Award Winning printing. Winners will be notified by mail or e-mail after judging is final.

Note: There will be one Gold, Silver and Bronze Award for subdivisions in applicable categories. Pieces are judged primarily on the basis of quality and technical difficulty of printing and production.
